Nunchi Framework
In this 3-4-hour session, participants will learn to leverage the Nunchi Framework – Awareness, Empathy, Competency, and Willingness – to support building momentum towards creating an environment where everyone can thrive together to achieve organizational goals.
Leadership Academy
​(For each level, 15 to 30 participants)
Level 1: Organizational Alignment. This 3-4 hour session helps to anchor the core ideology and the vision through a facilitated interaction.
​
Level 2: Self-mastery. This 3-4-hour session is designed for participants to engage in self-discovery through facilitated conversation and reflective exercises.
​
Level 3: Social mastery. In this 3-4-hour session, participants will leverage their self-mastery to enhance their skills working with others.
​
Level 4: Context Mastery. This session has two components. In a seminar format, participants will learn the importance of organizational context to more fully leverage self-mastery and the social mastery. Mentoring portion will pair participants with mentors who will follow a prescribed guideline.
